Returns
Ecofloorheating.com accepts returns within 14 business days of purchase and with a valid sales receipt only. Merchandise must be undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Shipping charges are not refundable and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Customer is responsible to ship all items back to ecofloorheating.com at A&N Comfort Inc.
If you become aware that the product is damaged please do not install the product. Contact your shipping carrier in the shortest time possible and file a claim
IMPORTANT: No returns are accepted on custom trimmed or installed products.
Savings Guarantee
All savings mentioned and/or advertised on the website ecofloorheating.com are based on clients feedbacks and unofficial comparison tests. In no event neither ecofloorheating.com nor our suppliers can not guarantee advertised savings during carbon heating film use. The operational cost can be calculated based on how much time you plan to use the system, how well rooms and floors are insulated, and what is the cost of kW/hr in your area. Be aware that the larger area of carbon heating film you use the more operational cost will be. We strongly recommend to calculate operational cost before your purchase. Any return requests based on buyers remorse of unaffordable operational costs will be declined.
Refunds
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. It may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement. If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact our Customer Service for further assistance.
Product Appearance
Product pictures may look different on different monitors with different settings and provided for initial references only. We cannot guarantee that what you see on your screen will look exactly as an actual product.
Manufacturer Warranty
Most of the products are under manufacturer's warranty. If any claims related to quality of the product arise, we will have manufacturer's representative to inspect the product and provide the customer and us with copies of their conclusion. If product confirmed to be defective or not to meet its specifications, then we will replace the product with full accordance of Manufacturer's warranty. Under no circumstances we can provide any coverage beyond warranties provided by manufacturer.

ecofloorheating.com reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of products at any time and for any reason.
