Delivery to Your Door
Your order will be shipped directly to your door. Orders over $700.00 may require your signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file.
Turnaround Time for Non-Custom Orders
Orders for in-stock items will ship as follows:
- Orders that are placed and payment approved by 11:59 PM EST on Monday - Friday will be shipped within 2 business days (business days are Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
- Orders that are placed and payment approved on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays will be shipped within following 2 business days. (Business days are Monday – Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
Turnaround Time for Custom Orders
Allow additional 1-2 business days for us to customized your product by specifications you provide. Check the Additional Info tab on product page to see how many business day are required to ship the item. Custom orders may include product types such as rolls and bundled products.
We cooperate only with the most reliable and effective shipping companies. We use the most trusted and economic shipping carriers UPS and USPS. For your convenience we add tracking number to your order details as soon as the item ships. Simply login to your account and click on order details. As a part of our customer satisfaction policy we always combine shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing your USPS or UPS tracking number and a link to the carrier's order-tracking page. Click that link and follow the instructions to view the status of your shipment. Or, you may visit carrier's website directly and enter your tracking number to check the status of your shipment. Your tracking number can also be found on the Order Status page on ecofloorheating.com.
Shipping Address Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Any order with P.O. box will be voided without prior notice. We do not ship to multiple addresses as well to avoid fraud and product loss.
Currently we do not offer in-store pick-up option.

Product Loss or Damages
After the shipping package left our facility via one of the shipping carriers, Ecofloorheating.com is no longer responsible for the damages or product loss. You should contact and file a claim with the shipping carrier. However, Ecofloorheating.com reserves the right to assist you in filing such a claim by providing any necessary information (may include weight, dimensions, ship date, ship time, etc. ) regarding the order. International Shipping Availability
Currently we offer international on-site shipping to worldwide. You can always contact our Customer Service to get international shipping quote to any other country. Please note that all ecofloorheating.com polices, terms and conditions are also applicable for internationally sold products.
Shipping Charges, Duties and Taxes
Ecofloorheating.com charges for any international shipping based on UPS and USPS standard international shipping rates. These shipping charges do not include any international duties and taxes. It is fully receiver's responsibility to pay the international duties and taxes. All international duties and taxes will be billed to the receiver and collected on delivery by the carrier's driver.
All products sold internationally are insured by the carrier. Receiver is fully responsible to inspect the received packaging the products in front of the driver. In case of the damage or missing items the driver must be informed immediately. The damaged product in any condition must be sent back for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. Refund will be issued immediately after the carrier resolve the case.
